Best Bircher Swiss Muesli Recipe



Ingredients

    1.1/2 cup quick oats, raw
    2.1/2 cup yogurt, any flavor
    3.1/2 cup whole or skim milk
    4.1 apple*, cored and chopped or grated


Instructions

    1.Combine oats, yogurt and milk. Allow it to rest.
    2.Core and chop apple, or use a large grate to shred the apple.
    3.Add to yogurt mixture and stir. Add more milk if you like thinner consistency.
    4.Enjoy!
